Sorry lads

They played well today. Not league winning well but seem likes Rodgers is sending them in the right direction.
It wasn't a pen, and there is zero percent chance of getting a call like that away from home.Thought Johnson should have had a red for raking someone's Achilles with his studs, also think Rat might have got a pen if he didn't swan dive in the wrong direction to sell the foul.
We played very well. Deserved a point. Dear lord that first offside call was abysmal. In a game like this the margins are so small, you can't afford to give City two soft goals. They've got too many good players.
That was actually one of Coutinho's poorer games, despite the goal and the great save from Hart. His best position is AM not left wing, but we need to accommodate injuries and our squad is thin (apparently Moses replaced Coutinho although I never saw him). Nevertheless, our attack was very good. Suarez is just unreal. Did you guys see Henderson and Allen get bossed by City's world class midfield? Yeah, me neither.
People are making a lot of the shirt pulling in the box (by Skrtel and Lescott). I don't think there was much wrong with either. Every defender in the world tugs their opponent's shirt in every game. Get over it.
Of course City are stronger. They're the best team in the league by miles.Thought you played okay, but City always looked the stronger side and deserved to win. Skrtel's marking in the box isnt just illegal, its poor defending, he loses the path of the ball, and up against someone who is a s strong as him it cost you

I'm not saying Skrtel is a wonderful defender. I'm saying that shirts being pulled is part of football and you see it in literally every set piece of every match.
Bloody hell. I'm trying to think of how to respond to this.Fernandinho and Toure in the middle is a recipe for disaster.

Just reading that RAWK match thread and they sound pathetic. 'Proud of our lads for getting so near beating City'
