The Bottom Line

He may need time....but he's not suddenly going to get speed, and he's not suddenly going to knock balls around the place. He's slow, and can only pass short....Where is the improvement going to come from?

A short back and sides woud be a quick improvement - may even be able to run faster and jump higher if not weighed down with all that hair.

Do you think the lads have been winding him up with that Harry Enfield scouser wig bollocks ?

I dont mind Fellaini. I wouldnt criticise him today - because he was clearly unfit. But Cahill was BY FAR better today. Fellaini was gash.

I disagree.

But lets look at over the course of the season so far. Cahill or Fellaini? I will be baffled if anyone seriously thinks Cahill. He has been so poor this season.

If theres a website/opta stats or whatever who does it, I know it will say Fellaini gained possession for Everton more than Cahill.

In fact, if you ever attend a GOT meet and I'm wrong, i would be prepared to stick £10 on that bet (y)

Fellaini was a fitness doubt today and make no mistake, he was told to sit at the back of the midfield. Thats clearly not his game. The fact he cant speak a word of English and Moyes is playing him in a holding role?

YEAH BUT OH MY GOD RIGHT HE COST 15M YEAH AND HE ISNT WORLD CLASS RIGHT AND HE COST 15M AND IS [Poor language removed] AND HE COST 15M AND HE COST 15M AND HE COST 15M.

15 million down the drain, arent you arsed?

I'm past noticing your posts like, because you cannot cope with the negativity.

News to me.

Ay? :huh::unsure:

He clearly sat centrally, behind all the other midfielders.

In a 442 with Cahill, Fellaini suffers from dropping deeper. Being forced to "pass sideways" as some would put it.... He's not being given the license to get forward, did he get forward today? Nope, because he was in a holding role.

Roll the excuses out for Fellainis [Poor language removed] performance.

Its not an excuse. But any player who needs to have a medical an hour before the match really shouldnt start. Fellaini is in no way worth £15 million. But instead of getting angry at Fellaini, look at who bought him for that price.

Not really. He was a box to box player tonight, him and Osman were given no role except to go from box to box.

I never once saw Fellaini hold a deep position.

Oh well, hes still [Poor language removed].

Box to box player? Do you know what that is?

No chance.

You seriously think Moyes played a 4-4-2 with Cahill/Osman and Fellaini being given the license to get in the box?

Fellaini was in a holding role tonight. No doubt about it.
