On a day when clown shoes Elstone has revealed we're losing money through lower attendances - "money we’d be able to invest in the first team or Finch Farm" - I'd say all we need is logic. If we keep all the squad we have through the January transfer window I'll be pleasantly surprised, never mind add to it.

We most definatly do not need Love though. Would have to sell at least 2 strikers to make it worth buying him and unless we can get £12 million for Saha i cant see that happening!

Exactly, we've got Vaughan, Vic, Yak and Saha. We don't need another striker but we do need to look at midfield. To be fair, Arteta can play the central role and then we could bring someone in to play the wing.

I'm not talking about Manny though. And I agree that Arteta could play that role and we could get a solid winger instead.

Waste of money that we dont have. We need a creative midfielder and a defensive midfielder. Stephen Hunt will more likely be in a blue shirt in January after being pissed off Reading knocked back our last bid.

Love will either go to Tottenham where the money's cool and the dog fight for the drop tough, or Citeh who's owners like to buy Brazillian (because Brazillians make them amazing apparantly) and Mark Hughes has no say over it just like Robinho and Jo.
