Just made a lovely homemade hummus. Chick peas, toasted sesame seeds (instead of tahini), olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, vegetable stock, sea salt and fresh parsley. Whack it all in the blender, and you've got hummus to die for. Mmmmmmm. :P

It will be served with tofu sausages and a lovely green salad with crispy bread. Double mmmmmmm :D

Yuck! To each his own! The hummus sounds nice though.

To contrast your home-made meal, I have a Freschetta Pepperoni Pizza in the oven for devouring! Freschetta actually make a decent frozen pizza.

I can see where the yuk is coming from on the tofu front. I'm not a big fan of the stuff myself. However, the tofu wiener sausage is in a class of its own. They cost nearly 50 kroner, or about $10 for 4, and are worth every øre, or cent of that. Lovely, Dylan, really lovely. I love 'em. Honest. :lol:
