If he doesn't get us Europe again and improve the style of play then I think it is time for a change to be honest.
I personally think we're in the s""t when he goes mate, who would go for as a replacement?
I don't get that to be honest, we have good players. Alot of managers would be able to get them playing. A manager with a more positive style of play would improve us in my opinion.
David Moyes is a good manager, he's nothing special though. We haven't been consistent since he got here. If he gets us into Europe then I'd happily keep him, that is a sign of consistency.
Haven't got a clue about the replacement, that's not my job though. I'm sure alot of good managers would be interested in the role.

I have to say i disagree with all most all that mate, the fact we have as good players as we do is very much down to Moyesy, the fact we're noot consistnetly fighting relegation as was the sense when he took over is the only consistency that effects me, that said its a little harsh to say we havnt been consistent this leauge is just so highly competitive. Im not saying as a manager he is not without his flaws, but the job he has done on the means he has given and the times he has given us over the past few years, has brought some pride back to the club and us as fans. Personaly i dont see a scnerio where if anyone else other then Moyes was in charge we wouldnt have been relegated it was waiting to happen.
Away from on the pitch activity i think its important to note the following from a buissness point of view. I wrote this in another thread but it shows how Moyes fprsight impacts not only in the playing side of the club but the club holisitcly, he doesnt just buid a team he has and had a large role to play in building the club as iit exists presently.
To go of topic slightly id just also like to point out from a buissness perspective what an insightfull and good manager David Moyes is. Much has been of him being offered a contract worth 17 mill. But to look at things objectively how much has the man added to the balance sheet realiticly and potentialy during his tenure.
Inherting a squad with a high average age, saw from a playing perspective little resale value, players such as Ginola, Gazza, Pembridge etc were the wrong side of thirty. Moyes endevoured and had amazing forsight to see that at a club with limited finances the only way from a footballing and buissness sense to get ahead was to buy young players in terms of longevity in the squad at a reasonable price and improve there quality subsequently adding to the value of the squad and as such the value of the club, while having the players long term on the pitch.
When you look at say McFadden its a case in point what we got for what we paid is fantatic buissness, arguably Johnson as well. All the time during his tenure he has reduced the average age of the squad as he continues to do knowing that his young singings can triple in value if the need arises to resell in the future. It really is a remarkable feet. It would be intresting to know if any lines of credit have been drawn on player valuations as assets and if so David Moyes needs to take a bow, in terms of finding quality but also value in longevity from a footballing perspective and players as assets from a buissness point of view he must have added millions to the value of the club.
That is before you even factor into the equation the value of home grown youth team players, such as Hibbert, Vic, Vaughan, Ossie, Rodwell Baxter and some of the youngsters we have sold over his tenure.
I just wanted to make the point that from a buissness knowledge and playing knowledge of football and a linkage of the two he has to be the best around, it would be intresting to do a comparison of the the value of his first sqaud to what it is today even taking into account inflation. It goes to show hes worth every penny of his 17 mill and what amazing forsight and understanding he has hiolisiticly of buissness and football He has built a club rather then a team. It also shows an amazing affection for the club as i beleive most managers wouldnt bother thinking of their own necks.
Jesus Christ, he is honestly the only man that could have done what Moyes has done. Not 1 of the "top" managers could have done what he has done. He has taken a club that was down on its knees and he got them numerous top 6 finishes, all for 2m a season.
All the best managers in the game, you tell me who could have done that? It sickens me when ppl say "I dnt care if Moyes leaves". Yes hes made mistakes, but hes made me proud to be an Evertonian. The saying "You dont know what uve got till its gone", i honestly hope that his doubters never have to feel that.
