problem is mate the fans are just as much as to blame, they have sat back and aloud this too happen, I never I went on the BU march and gave up my season ticket years ago in protest what do others do? they clap and cheer the man killing this club on tele

Hang-on, I pay for a season ticket every year, a season ticket that the sale of which the club relies on. You go to a free lunch to have a whinge, yet I'm the one in the wrong? How? Please refrain from using the term 'happy-clapper' 'Kenwright Sympathiser' or similar in your response please, as i am none of those. i am a concerned fan, who just so happens to enjoy going to the game to watch the team.

If we sold out every seat as a season ticket every year, giving full stadiums every other week, then maybe we wouldn't be in such a mess, or could certainly have a more guaranteed income. Maybe YOU are more the issue than Kenwright. MAybe you are the one "killing this club"

The clubs desire to transform us into Wigan Athletic started years ago, and would have been realised a lot earlier if Kirkby had got the go ahead.

But they will get there eventually, especially when we have fans making Kenwright's excuses for him, and making out that spending the club's revenue constitutes pushing the boat out.

Even when news of 35% increases in revenue are printed across the media, loads of Evertonians first reactions is to provide Kenwright with the "it won't make a difference" excuse.

YOU want change YOU do something to bring about it, I tried but others wont, if you want to keep feeding the cancer that is killing this club then by all means you do that mate, my issue isnt with match going fans its the tossers that clap kenwright and see no wrong in him thats why I dont go the games as I wouldnt be sat with evertonians I would be sat with Bill Kenwright supporters not efc ones.

If you hate the current regime yet denounce the Blue Union, didnt attend protests/march's and still spend money on this club seriously answer me what are you doing to bring about change?

I just can't get my head around how we have been realtively safe with how we have played things over the last few years, yet seem to be on a financial decline. They played it fast and loose, went through administration and were within hours of a winding up order, yet they still manage to come out smelling of roses.
Because like it or not they are a much bigger global brand that didn't spend half of the last 25 years being absolute turd. They may not have won the league but they are a much more attractive proposition to an outside investor. There is no getting away from that...

Seen this last night on Twitter. I would love to know how much LCC tried to get Everton on board / how soon along the line Everton declined to take part in this.

This was put to Everton well over three years ago by KEIOC, with the backing and full knowledge of LCC, and dismissed out of hand by Elstone.

Spot on that.

TBH, I've contributed to that, because I can hardly even be bothered with the politics and positioning of it anymore. I just know we wont see any of that cash re-materialising in the form of Everton players so I just reckon up Everton's spending on player sales. It goes without saying it's a scandal of epic proportions that we wont get the benefit of that extra cash.

For the 323rd time I'll say it again: Kenwright is a bigger curse on Everton FC than John Houlding ever was.

Is this not the dilemma? We're not talking about some kind of Arab Spring political change. To try and force change of ownership in a football club through match boycotts and refusing to buy merchandise is surely damaging to the club. We all know we're on a road to nowhere with BK and I want change like the next man but I'm ****ed if I am going to agree with cutting off our collective noses to spite our faces. People love their team and going to the game and shouldn't be questioned for spending money on the club as if it is prolonging BK's tenure. To say by going the match you'll be sat with Kenwright supporters and not Everton supporters is way off the mark just because some divvies clapped him about 18 months ago

The issue I can see here is that, many years ago, we were refused the right to move to Stanley park, due to the land that we proposed to build on. We also weren't allowed to build up the other end as we would be too close to Anfield. If there is going to be a football quarter built on Stanley park, then I would expect that we still wouldn't be able to build on the land we were initially refused. This would mean that there may be a football quarter, but Goodison would end up like a severed limb from the actual hub of it.

We need a new ground, and we need to move. Somewhere more central/towards the front would be perfect, but it's unlikely.

We don't need a new ground or move.

We need to modernise Goodison Park.

our fans get what we deserve, Kenwright, Earl, Granchester and woods should of been chased out of goodison with pitch forks years ago I have no sympathy with other evertonians whatsoever, aslong as they get a cheap cup of chang piss and a burger at half time they couldnt care whats happening off the field

Who you talking about mate??

Chase them out with pitch forks? What sort of idea is that...?

Anyway, this football quarter is a great idea thought up by our fellow supporters, fair play to KEIOC and SOS for it.
