Scandalous article. He actually claims Anichebe fouls Reina, and then goes on to say he should of been sent off. Just a reminder lads - he got paid while writing that. He actually got money for it.

I don't know if you are aware but local media personality and former Liverpool Football Club player John Aldridge released the following statement on his twitter account (Realaldo474) -


What did our fans think off the songs that were sung by 50. % of Everton fans when we were thanking them for there support today!! SHOCKED



I feel the club needs to release a statement about this, as mud sticks, especially when done so by a high profile local media personality.


It has saddened me that on a day when their club's supporters thanked ours, that he chose to take such an unfounded swipe at our club.

I thought "unfounded swipe" took care of that.

I deleted lots of what I put because I didn't want it to look like a tit-for-tat argument.

He's basically libelled a couple of thousands Evertonians.

I thought it was a spoof when I started reading it. Poor bitter Reds, they don't like their new position in the world.......
 
Great stuff from Greg O'Keeffe: his great friend James Pearce is a good lad and entitled to his opinion.
 

It's so, so bitter, the fact they have the gall to label us as that and then spout the drivel they have since the match shows who really is the bitter.

Can't really see an apology if I'm being honest. And if there is one it will be heat of the moment, bullshine, bullshine, bullshine.
