Roberto Mancini cant win the title with Cheat mode activated.

He has NO excuses, he had the money to buy players to win the Title, but instead he bought Jack Rodwell.

So saying it is isn't good enough to be coming second with that amount of money spent means I think he's been poor throughout his whole managerial career in Italy?
 
You jumped in with those comments when the discussion was about Mancini as a whole. Not just City where he's won the League, FA Cup and CS.

If he'd failed to win anything you could say he's not good enough or gash. But he's delivered trophys and that's all that matters. Like most you're just arguing against me not the actual subject. I'm sure I'd it was somebody else you and your friends wouldn't have even bothered.
