Just made up a few mini sliders.

Chilli and coriandar burgers.
Moroccan burgers (smoked paprika and cumin seeds)
Cajun burgers.

They are amazing.

Just eaten pack of pork bellies.. Still hungry.. Oven still hot. Greggs sausage rolls following up. Having murder with pork stuck in my teeth.. Toothpick not doing the biz ?

Sounds like you didn't roast the pork belly for long enough, if cooked long and slow, it should melt in your mouth.
