If we got all the way to the final and played like that and then won the final I would not be arsed.

We won they didn't. Move on.

Who were the nobs booing Phil Neville every time he touched the ball tonight? Tossers. Overall a good performance against a difficult to beat team. Their goal was inevitable. The ITV commentary team was, as ever, woeful. Andy Townsend knows nothing about football and yet he was a professional???

I imagine Oldham fans - Seeing as he used to play for Manchester United

Erm... Think they were shouting 'shooooot' at Neville.

Which actually is just as ridiculous as booing him!

Goodison does,nt look a fortress anymore we seem to br dragging our bodies over the line.

we could seem some heavy defeats to come.

Moyes needs to give the stiffs a run and Bill destroyed us in Jan.

we've lost one home game all season and that wasn't a deserved loss

with Felli showing little ambition to stay I seriously believe providing Moyes gets around £25 mil to spend + some of the TV money we could really improve as a team, if Felli was too go we would need a ST, CAM, CDM and CB providing Heitinga and one of jelavic/anichebe also going we could get around one £15 mil player for one of those positions and 3 very good £7-8 mil players for the other positions.

Good win, if a bit laboured. FFS what was Distin doing letting that grock have a free header from a set piece. Sticks in the throat a bit this but we are better organised when Neville is playing. And going forward we are so mich better with Mirallas in the team as long as he is fit. Hopefully we can kick on from this.

Pienaar did have a bad game, he needs to have a little rest.

For me, he showed quite a bit more physicality tonight. But seemed to lose it in his heavy touch. But them again he showed some good close control running with the ball.

I honestly think its haircut syndrome. Same happened to Torres. Pienaar ain't been the same since he lost the braids.

Edit. Except that header against Spurs which I lost love him for. Well in lad.
