1. I would love you to argue with ANYBODY that Chelsea arent a CL Club, when was the last time they didnt qualify? And im fairly sure they are the current champions of Europe.
2. Its not, its 24m, 15% to Liege, 5.4m Profit.
3. He will not leave this Window.

'Champions League Club' implies a team that is currently in the competition, are they in it? No.

I'd get over anything around 25m, provided most of it is reinvested back into the squad.

Whenever he does leave he'll be a huge miss, so hopefully we can do something a bit special this season while we still have him and get top 4 and/or the FA Cup.

As long as every penny is reinvested I won't mind too much. My hopes are not high.

Is it not possible that even if he does have some kind of release clause, he can choose not to activate it and so force a bidding war? Just a thought.

A bid automatically activates it. It happened to Messi the other week, and Ba was same.

It's less than 24 hours since I started this thread, and the water is muddier now than it was yesterday, that's for sure !!!!

What benefit would that give him mate?

Just thinking that he might think that a team will pay more and choose to stay unless we get a few more million.

Wouldn't it depend on the clause? Not all clauses are exactly the same surely. Perhaps it's one that can only be activated by Fellaini if a bid comes in at the set amount if he wants to talk to them.

Its on BBC. ****.

Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini has a buyout clause in his contract that could lead to him leaving the Goodison Park club.

The club has refused to comment on reports that the midfielder has a £22m release clause in his contract.

The Merseysiders insist they never divulge confidential arrangements of player contracts.

However, there is a fee that could trigger a deal - but it is believed to be higher than £22m.

The 25-year-old Belgian has been linked with a move to Chelsea and Manchester United.

He has emerged as a central figure in Everton's impressive season, scoring nine goals to date,

The £15m signing from Standard Liege extended his contract in November 2011, signing a five-year deal to keep him at Goodison Park until the summer of 2016.

NOTHING NEW. WRITER IS JUST PISSED CAUSE CLUB DIDNT WANT TO COMMENT INTO HIS QUESTION
