pity love to see him bk and he would score a few goals for us aswell chance for us to give him a proper goodbye

Mate, he scored 3 goals in 41 games last season. Him coming back and being crap wouldn't be a proper goodbye, sometimes you've just gotta let go.

I'm guessing there will be a friendly at some point between us and the Red Bulls, but that's as far as it should go. No way we can be seriously looking at 4th place and bringing him back.

he can be much worse than jela is at the moment and only be here for few months super option to be bringing off the bench!

What about bringing people off the bench who have a future here? Or a future in general.

Vellios certainly does damage off the bench, and he's also already on the payroll. And not 33.

Jelavic - 6 goals in 19 games this season
Cahill - 3 goals in 41 games last season

cahill over the greek anyday if you needed a goal

Vellios - 3 goals in 15 games last season
Cahill - 3 goals in 41 games last season

The stats don't lie in this case mate.

Vellios's true stats are even more impressive. 3 league goals in 259 minutes, which is less than 3 games.

I'd have any one of our forwards over the age of 18 already at the club playing before Cahill. He was finished 2 years ago.

Obvious troll, is OBVIOUS.

Why the bloody hell is this being talked about again?!

Think about it this way: we usually have a deal for Landon sorted by now. So any loan deal for a MLS player would be sorted too is guess.

Not happening. Which is good.
