Seamus Coleman receives racist abuse on Twitter from Everton 'fans'

Can't people just agree the twitter people have been naughty boys, whether it's racist, xenophobic, whatever?

Feels like with all the arguing over what these people are, the fact they've been disgraceful Evertonians hasn't been touched on enough.

Some really bad knobheads out there on Twitter, who clearly have no idea of what lines you don't cross.

You can dislike a player, but there's simply no justification for the level of hatred being shown towards Coleman.
 
Twitter needs binning right off. It's a grade A example of why the general public should be restricted to Points Of View on a Sunday and letter pages in newspapers.

Sid Vicious said it best, I've met the man on the street and he's a [Poor language removed].

Ignore the tits and move on, I presume that's what Seamus will be doing. Right after he's finished that tarmacing he's been putting off for a while...

If you are dumb enough to be on twitter you deserve every bit of stick that comes your way. Simple way to avoid it, close your account. The people on that site are moronic wankshafts.
 

Hearts v Celtic a few years ago.

Scotland's first arrest at a football game for racist abuse without using the word black or other such word.

Hearts fan shouted at John Hartson "Fat Baldy Welsh [Poor language removed]". Said fan was arrested and charged with racist abuse. The judge actually told him, "If you had just called him fat baldy [Poor language removed] then that would be ok, but because you added the word Welsh, then you have commited a crime".

All true..

You cannot use any anti English, Welsh or Irish as this is now deemed racist.

Sectarian abuse used to be the norm in Glasgow, but that has been clamped down. fenian [Poor language removed], orange [Poor language removed], abuse of the pope in songs etc are strictly forbidden now. You will get arrested and thrown in the cells for the night and quite right too I say.

Glasgow cells are full ever Saturday night.

It's coming to England soon.
 
We're in the days of ditigal comments can be spread quickly and also to the source though twitter, so this will get worse and worse. Coleman should be professional to ignore the abuse, Gibson also had this issue at Man u and shut down his account, fans will call players ****e if that what they think, it will get worse for coleman if he carries on making these errors, sad all round.

No errors in the world account for the racist abuse he got, that's bollocks in my opinion.
