Just watched his interview on EvertonTV after the Sion game. He says some things that make me think Moyes is top quality (like we really needed telling), but one thing really made me smile:

"We've been doing 3 sometimes 4 sessions a day in training this week, and it's the end of a very, very tough first week, one of the toughest I've seen since I've been in football"

Makes you think what they do up in the North-East for fitness. Moyes working them hard from the get-go.

Those words of Round's aren't necessarily a compliment. Maybe he'd do things differently?

And maybe that is why Moyes has brought him in. To add extra thoughts and procedures. the last thing any manager would want is a yes man. But I do believe they are a compliment. You really shouldn't be so negative. it causes stress lines. :D

It's not being negative. As you state yourself, it could be that type of input that will help Moyes. Afterall, we have a wafer-thin squad, so why work them into the ground this early? If one has a bad reaction it will cause further problems squad-strength wise.

I haven't got Evertontv so I dont know the context of the statement. I'd err on the side of Round on this one, though, if he is making the above point.
