well wether you are for or against kirkby you surely have to admit that LCC are a joke.

they bang on about how it is so important to keep 2 clubs in the city but clearly back liverpool fc in everything they do but havent done a lot for us ever.

lcc spent years ignoring us and only kicked up a fuss when it was clear we would have to move out the city.

if they really wanted to keep us in the city then why havent they shown everton the same respect they showed the red [Poor language removed] ?

you just have to look around liverpool city center to see what club they really back.

screw you lcc , you should have helped us years ago.

Which is why it absolutely baffles me why KEIOC spend so much time abusing Everton but ignore LCC. It gives me the view that they are really just against Kenwright and Wyness, rather than Kirkby.
 
As an anti Kirkby Blue, im made up LCC are going to bring it to the attention of Hazel Blears because I was astonished when they ( GONW ) requested more time to consider it.....as if.....STRAIGHT TO CALL IN PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!
 
we could do without the delay... not sure i believe the transfers are not affected by the stadium debate.

lets find out one way of another... soon!
 

At the end of the day, LCC should be offering an alternative to Everton, rather than simply doing everything in their power to block the move.

i totally respect your opinion , and understand why your happy with the call in (even if i disagree) .
but my question to you is .......
do you think lcc have helped us enough in the past ?
are they biased towards liverpool fc ?
why do you think they are digging there heals in at such a late stage ? ie are there intentions towards everton good or do they only have there own interests at heart ?

becouse my finger of blame over the whole stadium mess is equally pointing at 1.pauper owners who bit off more than they could chew and 2.a liverpool council who treats us like crap.

yes, i agree. it seems they are doing everything in their power to stop kirkby, but offer little or nothing in way of an alternative.
 

From all ive read, it seems that Everton have shunned most offers of help or to even talk to LCC. We dont need to talk about Kings Dock, whom they held the door open for ages.
The Loop site, they would bend over backwards to get us that as would Bestway.......

Walton Hall Park.....They say they would be all for it as would Sainsburys.....

Goodison Park......they said would be no problem to increase the footprint along Bullens Rd......it would all be fast tracked.........

Re. Stanley Park.......We all loathe LCC for granting LFC permission to build on this, but ive heard Everton, in passing asked and were denied. They didnt push for another bash at it. Yes, I am pissed off that LFC have the site but they really pushed for it and were confident of getting the funds for it. EFC could get £30m together for KD ( well they could, but again, thats another story too )
 
Hopefully this will happen, end Kirkby and end all this [Poor language removed].

Much as I am going to avoid this whole Kirby yes/no debate farce, there is one point that has confused me. Liverpool were granted the use of stanley park before they could prove they had the funds(as has been shown they still do not have them). They were granted the use of Stanley park as they had proven the process was in the pipeline at a possible advanced stage, but not once were the funds readily available. Now I believe the Northwest redevelopment body may be pulling the plug on their grant.

LCC have been totally biased and whether I agree with the kirby move or not I can understand many Toffees wanting to be rid of the LCC twisted umbrella.
 
cant we knock anfield down ?

we could build new goodison there ! (wouldnt that be just magic ?lol)
but just knocking it down is good enough for me.(y)
