THE SECOND PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE FFS

The reason I called it narrow is because it wasn't an impressive performance by either men, where as in the first debate Romney wiped the floor with Obama - Obama was undoubtedly better today, but to win big he needs to do better, people have heard the 47% vs 100% debate in the news for the past few weeks, it's not going to have much impact now.

when Mitt gets agressive with him, Obama just seems to let him,

Mitt wont win, hes too unliked.

I hope Mitt doesn't win, but literally anything could happen between now and the election - Obama is still on the back foot.

The only full debate I've seen is the VP debate last week. Biden absolutely mauled Ryan to pieces. That was judged 'a draw' by the commentariat. Laughable.

Unemployment figures coming down below 8% is likely to be way bigger than what's said in any of these debates anyway...and the fact that Romney is an arrogant, out of touch plutocrat who's basically unelectable!!!

The reports i saw had Biden a winner by a mile,i think only the deluded fools at fox news called it a draw

50-50 was the conclusions I was reading. Crazy. It was a very good debate, tbf. Biden impressed. He's seen as a bit of a duffer, but defo had Ryan's number. It probably showed Obama how you handle that opposition ticket - get your retaliation in first and hard.

Obama did better, so a lot of people will say that he won, but truth is that it was a close debate- close enough that supporters of both sides can say that their guy won.

In the end I think it probably just entrenched both sides even further into their respective positions. There are very few people who have still to make up their mind.

I keep seeing stuff online saying Obama is a liar.
At the end of the day ALL candidates for anything 'lie' or misguide the truth to win an election.

But, politics aside, if you think they're all as bad as each other, is it better to have a nice liar in charge or a nasty liar? :)

....vote for Obama.

The Benghazi argument was nothing more than splitting hairs. It's a non-issue as far as the election goes, I think to make that argument shows weakness in Romney.

Where's the debate on housing? The Fed? I'll be perfectly honest, no one cares how many women lost their jobs, as it relates to the election. What is Mitt going to do, start demanding that companies hire women if he's elected?

The hopelessness of these debates is that they don't address the current issues at hand.

Biden won, but got points deducted for being eminently unlikeable and entirely smug.

Binders full of women.
