Ok this is my take on things. If it is the player and the agent playing us off against other teams and not the board haggling over a transfer fee then perhaps it is time for us to give him an ultimatium. Tell him we cant wait around for 2 weeks waiting for him to decide we have other options we need pursue. Thank them for their interest in playing for Everton and wish him all the best in the Greek league this season

I dont care who we make a bid on ( as long as will improve the club and not just a body to fill up the squad ). But, the longer this goes on the less time we have to pursue other targets. Added to that maybe is time we stood up to agents who want use us for their own agendas.
Not sure why any more needs to be said past his interview. He said he will be going back to Greece to think things over (talk to family etc). Which, it may just be a wild guess, means he is in Greece right now thinking things over. Stop being so paranoid.
