I have a question about his personal terms.

Now I realise we have sold a few people so may be a little more flexible with wages, but why are we prepared to pay him what he wants now, when we weren't before he left?

Are we basically saying we were stupid to let him go in the first place?

We've apparently agreed personal terms but cant seem to come up with the transfer fee. So sad that as a premier league team we cant even come up with a couple of milion. Come on Kenwright drop your asking price and sell to someone who will invest in us !!!!

Yes, but I'm guessing that he is also being more flexible and that the penny has dropped that moving to pastures new for an extra 5 or 10 grand a week you don't actually need is not the best choice.
