Sources with knowledge of the talks confirmed to ESPN Los Angeles that AEG [owners of LA Galaxy] is holding discussions with Lampard's representatives.

For the first time I'm convinced Donovan to the Toffees is really going to happen

He's really been extraordinary lately, from what I've seen...playing up top and not dominating possession allows him to flourish in the role that he's world class in, imo...the counter.

Yep Lampard in the box with Beckham ( Out for too many yellows )

Donovan was diving all over the shop it was funny. He does not seem interested in the MLS anymore, I think he really needs to move.

a move to everton sounds good to me. anyone else favor a move like that?

My priority's for this summer was getting Donovan and pienaar on perm deals, a back up striker and ACM if possible.

If we end up with landy pienaar Naismith and pranjic.. All players that can play 2 or 3 different possistions that we were short in I I'm very confident we will be right up there in the mix for the last CL spot.

With hopefully improvement from the likes of Barkley Coleman Rodwell ect this season too, it could be a very exciting season!

Come on Wratho. He made a meal out of 1 tackle (the elbow that didn't happen). The rest were all legitimate fouls. Earned by a man willing his team into a win tonight. Which we didn't get. God, our defense is such a mess. Earlier in the season he didn't seem interested. But since he came back from National duty, he's been LA's best player. By a MILE. Should have had 3 assists tonight (thanks Robbie Keane) and was on a one man mission at the end of the game. He came back from national duty and said he was going to step up and be a leader in LA. He's done that.

You could also spin it as he's playing his last month in MLS. Sure looks like it.
