Unless he buys out his contract at LA Galaxy. The deadline for free transfers is around November-ish, but I don't see how else it'd work.

I always thought the loan deadline in the UK was November 24th? or is that just lower sides?

He would be training for us in November, he obviously wouldn't play a match until January when he could actually sign. No chance he'll buy out his contract or that the Galaxy will release him as he has a year left and they'd lose a few million plus.
