Imagine this scenario though.

Moyes leaves, X new manager comes in.

We draw Arsenal away in the fa cup and Bournemouth away in carabao and go out early.

Who you going to point your finger at then? New manager? Because that’s all it will take for most fans to turn quickly.

Not advocating keeping Moyes forever, in fact I’d take a punt on Glasner if he was interested. Give him some credit though, he’s been decent for Everton.

Took us from relegation candidates first time around to being consistent top 6-8 finishers with no money. That’s why he gets respect from sensible fans.

This time round, he’s done a decent job again in a tough and very competitive league.

Not getting Europe in a season like this will be unforgiveable.

It wont be as fortuitous as this next season. Spurs and Chelsea will be back in there again top half and Newcastle wont be this poor either.
