Maybe if people just ignored him instead of constantly taking him on as if he was being serious it wouldn't be such an issue? I just can't get my head round anyone engaging with him as if he means a single thing that he says after all these years, it's bizarre.

Moyes did actually say earlier in the season that he is having to use a CB at Rb with O'brien, so for him to come out and say that maybe we are looking to deep into that situation.

That's no excuses for us not bringing one in though, or even playing him against shorter pacey players which he's seen he can't cope with..

Just hope the pool of Rb's hasn't now been reduced to having to have a long throw as an asset.

I expect the numbers you are referring to were in relation to his injury record not his height (which, quite frankly, is irrelevant).
