There's no doubt Henry was a massive influence on the French footballing sphere but you can show just as much respect without involving Arsenal. At the same time the Chicago Bulls would be nothing without Jordan, Celtics without Bird etc. Nevermind adding Petit and Viera to the mix. I think this is why things got jaded between some fans & Barry.

Hopefully bags a few more between now and the end of the season and hopefully get a decent return on him and try again in the summer.

There’s plenty to be critical over, but he does have a good amount of room to improve. Beto is what he is, he tries hard that’s his greatest quality. If we could take Beto’s mental outlook and ability to work hard and put it into Barry that’d be a great start.
At present neither is the quality of player we need to progress if we’re being totally honest.
However you don’t give Beto an extension if we’re a club looking up. You sell Beto and bring in an option different to Barry whilst working with Barry to improve.

I can see why Moyes started Beto on Monday. Quicker and more of a runner in behind for the counter. But actually the game required someone who can win headers, hold the ball up and link up play. No surprise therefore that we looked a different team with Barry on the pitch. We are better with him, I'm sure of it
