2025/26 David Moyes

He's not to blame for the last minute goals, thats the mentality of the players. But he is responsible for the awful negative tactics of give City the ball and get everyone back, hoping we get a lucky break

City are a quality side but they are not invinsible. Nowhere did I see tactics that pointed to us trying to expose their weakness to score. It was yet more knife to a gunfight stuff. Tedious.

I want a manager who wants to play good positive football with the intent to win every game regardless of the opposition.
We scored three goals tonight …arguably could have had two/three more.

Plenty to criticise Moyes about but we counter attacked effectively and put in a more than decent second half performance against a quality side.

Tactics worked well overall. Restricted them to very little while Everton looked dangerous on the break.

Officials really cost the game.
That mess tonight cant have been the tactics.

To concede 87% of play for 20 minutes and go in one down, then get a lucky break from City or two!!!

Alcaraz being not match sharp, which involves the concentration levels, you can attribute to the manager who hasn't played him in a while. Im aware he was injured for some of the time tho. Im not sure of the timeline here.

But sometimes you just have to put your hands up and say great goal

Alcaraz doesn’t play because he makes awful decisions. I’d happily not see him again tbh.

This the same manager that had west ham in Europe near every season and won a European cup with them?

That moyes?

So given that, you have to wonder why the fans wanted him gone. I think you will find that its exactly the same reason as some of our fans want him gone.

Some people just decided they hate Moyes ever since he left the first time and will just beat that drum regardless of how we play or where we finish in the league. It's tedious and tiring.

You have an obligation to win from certain positions. We ended that game tonight like Mark Allen did the other night.

Shat ourselves.

It's not one I like to make, mind you.

Im gonna swerve the negativity and just happy that from going in 1 down after being bent over in the first half. The players stepped up in the second and had a proper go.

On another day illy could have scored a couple too.

We spend so much time looking into everything that went wrong sometimes we forget to enjoy what went right.

Yeah of course we did. Frustrating and The second city goal killed us.

But to say we were overly negative when we created a lot of chances Nevermind the three goals is just wrong.
