I’d swerve Stones [amazing player but not an area of particular need, atm] and White, as well as Richarlison [who I could see going to Saudi in the summer].

Grealish [preferably on loan with some convoluted deal in place for next summer] and Delap [for a sensible amount on the basis we flip Barry], I’d be good with.

We absolutely need a new CB. Tawks is a complete liability as is Keane and neither are getting any younger. Stones ability and composure on the ball would really improve us in possession and building from the back compared to the hoof ball that comes from Tawks and Keane.

Ha you broke out the history books for that one mate I think the game has changed a little since then. Thats half the problem, Davey and his entourage appaently havent realized it..you get three points for a win and can use more than one sub these days too, crazy I know!

Depends on the job...if the job is to push for a European spot or a cup run, maybe the gamble is worth it. If the job is stabilty and play it safe, older players can do that but totally screw up our future windows and wage structure...
