I think you mean the 15th August to 31st August.
Dont think ben white is a bad player but again just does not help us adapt with the problems we have. Need fb who can get up a down the pitch help give us an attacking threat. Did see some links to fofana at millan who could be a good buy
I’d swerve Stones [amazing player but not an area of particular need, atm] and White, as well as Richarlison [who I could see going to Saudi in the summer].John Stones
Jack Grealish
Ben White
Liam Delap
Decent window.
I’d swerve Richarlison.
.maybe 5 years ago it would be a decent window. but not now, its not a retirement homeJohn Stones
Jack Grealish
Ben White
Liam Delap
Decent window.
I’d swerve Richarlison.
Everton's transfer window is usually 31st August to the 31st of August….no, definitely 15th June to 31st August.
Everton's transfer window is normally " nothing of value to be had, we will go with what we got and be big players in the NEXT window"Everton's transfer window is usually 31st August to the 31st of August
You're forgetting the late loan deal for a journeyman nobody else wantsEverton's transfer window is normally " nothing of value to be had, we will go with what we got and be big players in the NEXT window"
Plus the face Stones is struggling with injuries.I’d swerve Stones [amazing player but not an area of particular need, atm] and White, as well as Richarlison [who I could see going to Saudi in the summer].
Grealish [preferably on loan with some convoluted deal in place for next summer] and Delap [for a sensible amount on the basis we flip Barry], I’d be good with.
We absolutely need a new CB. Tawks is a complete liability as is Keane and neither are getting any younger. Stones ability and composure on the ball would really improve us in possession and building from the back compared to the hoof ball that comes from Tawks and Keane.I’d swerve Stones [amazing player but not an area of particular need, atm] and White, as well as Richarlison [who I could see going to Saudi in the summer].
Not really, old experienced players can still come in and do a good job.Hayou broke out the history books for that one mate
I think the game has changed a little since then. Thats half the problem, Davey and his entourage appaently havent realized it..you get three points for a win and can use more than one sub these days too, crazy I know!
Oh and the last second " oh Sh$t, better show the fans we are trying and put some last minute low ball bids for good players who we would never get anyway"You're forgetting the late loan deal for a journeyman nobody else wants
Depends on the job...if the job is to push for a European spot or a cup run, maybe the gamble is worth it. If the job is stabilty and play it safe, older players can do that but totally screw up our future windows and wage structure...Not really, old experienced players can still come in and do a good job.
