Right now, more people probably do want him to stay, but that’ll change if things keep getting more and more stale. Giving him a new contract would be a mistake, tbf I can accept him staying to see out his contract, he won't though, he'll want a new contract like any manager would.

How about - I'd like him to stay June to August, but go September to May

That should cover us for enough wins and Europe. A proper hardcore pre season and then someone steps in training pure togger ball

I don’t think he has the bargaining power unless he gets Europe. TFG only wanted to give him 18 months last time, he was in a strong position then, not so much now

Until TFG actually communicate with us in some way - through actions, preferably - there is no evidence they won't happily continue with mediocrity Moyes.
