He has done reasonably well this season..
Wonderful to be safe ages ago.

However, we saw the old Moyes today in the second half and I have enough of his 'cruel' results as reported all over the world.

We need someone with the killer instinct who would have put that shower to the sword today.

I think we have done well this season, so a couple of games shouldn’t take away from that regardless of who they are against, but you’d think at some point he’d realise his own approach and record against them and just try something different.

So dychner it is?

The comments were on Glasner who you suggested we bring in just to beat Liverpool. 🤷

Oliver Glasner has a notably strong record against Liverpool since joining Crystal Palace. In his six managerial meetings with the club, he has recorded 4 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss.

Beating Liverpool, winning the FA cup & a Euro semi would be fine by me.

I don’t remember Dyche winning the FA cup although he did beat Liverpool. 😊

He probably has the same amount of wins against Liverpool than Moyes has.
Moyes has won only four of his 41 Premier League games against Liverpool.

His points-per-game rate of 0.54 is the lowest against any team in his managerial career in the competition.

while I am not a Moyes fan, we have never been great against them, even in the 60’s and 80’s, so going after him for getting beat by the shagite is a little unfair. His fate should rest on his response to what was a predominantly passive and spiritless performance. If his response is to play Keane and Tarkowski as our CM’s, I will despair.

I’m just sick of us being absolutely dreadful to watch - this season only games that stand out as games we played some good stuff in were Chelsea and both Forest games
But when you say this someone will pull out a stats chart showing how many goals we've scored after long passing sequences or something similar.

Despite the fact that we've all been watching every game this season and if we're being honest we all know what our eyes are telling us. For the most part the football we've played this season has been safety first and dull as dishwater.

Glasner or Pochettino would both be available in the summer. Both would push us on. Glasner knows how to get over the line.

No guarantee that either of them push us on. Glasner is below us in the league now and Pochettino hasn't done much since leaving Spurs.

Pochettino has a proven body of work in the prem at both Southampton and Spurs. Glasner has won more cups in his career than Moyes has and has shown he can do it with Palace and Frankfurt.

I’d back either of them to win us a trophy, qualify for the CL, and start winning derbies and big away games again, much more than I would Moyes to do these things.

Moyes will give you a top half league record but his record shows you what that comes with. Barely any decent cup runs, barely any away wins at top grounds, barely any derby wins.

We can keep going for a few more seasons and finish 8th each time but by the time we come to kick on again we’ll find that United Chelsea Spurs Liverpool might not be in the mess they’re currently in.

City will probably lose Guardiola soon, Arteta may well go from Arsenal if he doesn’t win anything this year. Chelsea could stick with Rosenior for another year and be rubbish. Spurs could be in the championship. United who knows what they’ll do, and Liverpool might be stupid enough to keep Slot. Villa might lose Emery and Newcastle might change manager and lose their star players.

This is a perfect moment for us to show some ambition and get the best manager we can. Not just guarantee that we’ll only get a handful of points from the sky six fixtures, give minimum 4 points to Liverpool, and be out the cups the first time we play PL opposition.

One’s a flavour of the month who fell out with his clubs owners which is why he’s going

The other is going to be managing a team hosting a World Cup that got slapped 5-2 on home soil by Belgium last month and got sacked from his last 3 club jobs
