There was this guy named Carlo...Teams play to their managers personality Curtis that's why with Moyes these kind of things happen
Oh, there's been worse than this - but this was certainly up there.
Sadly, it was largely self-inflicted. Sometimes you can just blame corruption - like the Graham Poll derby - but today we got found out largely because Beto missed a sitter, McNeil gave them a present, and Barry confirmed how woeful our summer business was. An inability to win a header in the box put the tin hat on it.
These were all things in our own control - and we failed each and every test. Found out.
No Matty it's a well known footballing term that teams play to their managers nature and personality. Moyes by nature is cautious and he feels uncomfortable when his teams aren't in their defensive shape which is great in some ways as you'll be hard to play against but it also hinders you especially when there's a game that needs a more assertive approacha Last minute loss?
Ye ok mate

I've never backed him as he has never given me something that make's me think he is a good player and look forward to him playing. I think there was one game were he did ok, but not the whole game just parts of it (What that game was i cannot remember). I dread him coming on if he is a sub as for me that is the cue for we have given up. He has to be one of my least fav players and we have had many. I've said it before, he has scored in games he should have been subbed way earlier and he is not a team player for meBarry was ten men I've backed him all season i can't now he looks like he's not assed give me Ian dowie over him

Its not about the big decisions, its all about the ones that seem inconsequential. Pickford getting booked for raising an issue with the referee, Liverpool not for delaying a restart. Giving an offside for a player that hasn't touched, or attempted to touch a ball rather than the corner. No card for Isak after attempting to prevent Pickford from kicking it long. They kicked the ball at Ndiaye from their dead ball in an act of petulance, missed and it dropped to KDH. The ref lets them take it again.
Despite all this though, that was on us today. They were there for the taking and we failed to do so. If we had Lukaku or similar quality we'd have been 3 up at the half, but alas.
Been busy all day, so never saw the game. One question -- was the amount of extra time legit?
Completely on us today.
We failed to control the controllables - Beto's horrible miss, McNeil's idiotic pass, Barry's presence on the pitch, and a high ball into our six-yard box.
As an acid test, we dissolved.
Who?Thought so there was 2 carried off.
