I was thinking more of our ability to throw away the chance to push on towards Europe and/or put teams to bed, when we should be.

When the eleven minutes appeared, I wasn't thinking, "Come on Everton, 11 minutes to get a winner." It was, instead, "Ah, I can see what's coming!"

That's our own fault, and to be fair I think the eleven minutes was pretty fair considering the subs and two injuries.

100%. Between them and Sunderland in the cup for noise levels, and much of the Sunderland thing is probably respect levels. Absolute dog [Poor language removed] away support these.
 
I (obviously) didnt watch the match as I was at Villa. But first of all footballs cr** innit.

I’d of given anything to see yous batter that entitled tourist club.

Second of all - to contribute to the discussion- I think it’s a mentality thing with derbys.

We went through it for decades where we couldn’t beat the mags; and then it all clicks a few times and suddenly it’s the them that can’t win, that heaps the pressure on themselves every game and struggled mentally etc.

It just has been a long drought where the expectation is that we control and win.
 
How we lost to the worst RS team I have ever seen, just inexplicable.

Thought the ref was terrible, gave us nothing - how were their players not booed for assault; he books Pickford or complaining!

I hate them, but honestly no need to be throwing bottles and coins at their supporters at the end on the way out, we are better than that- or we should be.
 
Thought we had them on the back foot for about 15 minutes after we equalised. We seemed to step back, I don’t know if we were goosed.

And as someone said we really need to get a defensive coach who can organise for corners. Tottenham, Newcastle and others have scored from them too easily.

Our goal would stand in the Championship and it should. I’d say the same if it were scored that way against us. Offsides should be clear and obvious. Needing a laser review because you might have seen an elbow too far ahead is terrible for football. Just terrible.
