I think the RS result, who were awful by the way , & the atletico result gave his some respite when the talk was before the league game at the pit a big loss and he was gone .
Spurs had a must win game against forest and they lost it fairly spectacularly. I personally think Tudor would have gone within 24 hrs , the international break giving them time to have that decision start to impact .
Even if I look at your premise and say they didn’t want him to go and it’s a ‘dignified ‘ exit they presumably knew he was going earlier than yesterday so how isn’t there a manager lined up ? At the very least someone who is top of their list . We’ve seen enough managerial appointments to know that no strong media stories or quotes and a couple of managers at 6/4 means no formal approach to anyone . I find that staggering
I agree mate, it looks like they`ve gone all or nothing on De Zerbi.
The problem with that as I see it, is that if he says no, they`re pretty much in " Dyche " territory and he`d have a very strong bargaining position, for his reported demands of a contract that includes next season too.
If that happened, they may as well as just give the whole lot up front, as theres` no way he`d be at Spurs next season, regardless of whether they stayed up or went down.
