2025/26 Jordan Pickford

He's maybe 4th best in league after Allison, Donnarumma, and Raya. Definitely superior to Martinez and Kelleher. Globally not really sure. Defo within the top ten though.

Allison is far past his best now. Raya is good but he's got world class defenders in front of him, which makes him look better – but he's a top quality goalkeeper that's for sure. I've not seen enough for Donnarumma to suggest he's superior to Pickford yet.

Would I swap Jordan for any of those? No.

Rodriguez is in mine mate
KDH,Garner,NDaiye,all knocking on that door.
Jags must be pinching himself...
I mean Gough, Weir, Stubbs, Distin, Lescott all get a nod but think Jagz was superior. Like I said been a lean hunting ground over past 30 years. Rodriguez absolutely gets a mention, but not ahead of Cahill in an attritional 4-4-1-1

Just opinions mate.
Jags is currently doing the nurseries tour, teaching kids how to tie laces......

I used to have a huge love hate relationship when he first joined us as he would make far too many silly mistakes despite displaying the same confidence he does now. It was irritating and there were times when I thought we might have to get another keeper in. So happy that we persevered and that he has ironed out those mistakes while going up several levels. Been top class for a few seasons now and while he does drop one or two clangers still, he makes up with it in abundance. An Everton great.

That was the first time my 13yr old daughter has heard me use the f word... From upstairs as well. One of the best saves I've ever seen. Could have sworn that was ripping the net out.
You're a better man than me. My 13yr old son has heard far worse from me far too many times...

Watched the highlights again just now, phwoooooorrrrrrr, what a save.

He’s won us the three points there, and if you look at the sparkly away form under Davey, that the manager gets all the credit for, Jordan is a massive part of how we’ve done so well in a good number of the away games, where they have been close and edgy and our performances haven’t been that different to the home games, but Jordan’s got us over the line with a massive save, time and again.

He has his moments of madness, where he can make our pee boil sometimes, but those are happening fewer and fewer in number, and the guy has kept us up on his own in more than one season, and stuck with us when he could have gone elsewhere for an easier life or to potentially win trophies.

He’s world class, and I would be delighted if we can win a trophy while he is here.

The fella is that good that he actually makes me care about England and how they are doing, and I would also love for him to win something with the national team and get the credit and acclaim he deserves for his performances over the years with them - be amazing if they can do it at this World Cup.

Sadly, because he’s an Evertonian, there is very little respect put on his name from anyone outside of Everton, and it’s simply not right.

JP is dynamite - put some respect on the man’s name.
