With the littlest of fortune should have gone on to win that. Small squad syndrome strikes again, although much is back playing sharpness will be need honed. Braithwaite is such an imposing playing figure on the field.

Mcneil is...

Barry man of the match. Developing into a slot machine.

Never change a winning team, can always change it if not performing. Ball not going through midfield to many long balls going over their heads. Armstrong is a footballer pass the ball to him on the floor. Gana not at races first half. Less said about others the better, they know wh they are!!

How many times did one of ours play a give and go just for the other one to pass it back to Tarks / Jake /Jimmy .Moyes has brought up all the past memories of a tactically unaware (favouritic ( new word developed for Moyes ))buffoon .After the season ends we will realise what a chance we had at Europe and this clown gave it up playing his favourites .
How many games have we played well for 90 minutes this season ? I am struggling to find any and how many has he totally messed up the starting 11 ? I feel the same as Dyche's time ,he somehow gets results despite his incompetence .
How do you mean, his favourites? Weve been down to bare bones at times. I dont think hes had much choice not to.

Didn’t play very well against a team not exactly out of form and still got a point, with some vital playing staff making a return.

Could’ve been a lot better but hardly a disaster.

The team was at a loss first half too ponderous, predictable and not enough creativity. Much better in the second half and without Gueye being the only one to attempt to get behind their defence we would have struggled to create an opening. The question is posed again, why can't we win at home? Until Moyes can work that out we'll frustratingly hover below the European places.

I think the context of other results and another home game without a win is what makes it really frustrating to be honest. Was a massive chance to get right into the European race fumbled

A lot of teams fighting down there for points. 1st half, all over the place but we kept it to one.

Moyes changed it half time as he saw we were not at it. And Moyes hardly makes a sub so told you we were poor.

2nd half, a lot better.

If you were a neutral, you say a fair result for both sides. As a toffee, you can't but help think a missed opportunity to get up amongst the Euro spots.

At this stage of the season results like this could well be a disaster, a win would have put us within 3 points of 4th, we are into the business end of things now and need to be winning at home to teams in the bottom half.
