Depends..was Glasner responsible for the signings of Wharton, Eze, olisse, mateta, etc.etc? Or has he been relatively effective with a good recruitment team behind him?

No, he left it too close to the radiator and it melted.

Probably neither long term. I dont like 3 at the back so don't think Glasner would be a good choice

That's not true. He played a mix of his 3-4-3 and a 4-2-3-1 at Wolfsburg.

That’s not quite true. He’s not glued to his system . Why would we hound out a good manager

Not really. He found a system that worked at Palace and hasn’t changed it because it is still working.

For me, Glasner is the best of the mid tier managers around.

Hes proven he can take good players, and make them better. He can take teams and make them better.

Hes won trophies at Eintracht & Palace, took Lask to the Bundesliga, and got them into Europa for the first time in 20 years.

Moyes by contrast is very steady and has won 1 trophy in his entire footballing career.

For us to move forward we need someone like Glasner who can develop players and improve them.

Whether he comes, is dubious, but we would he foolish to not at the vrry least explain the project we want to build and see what it would take for him to join us.

We have one of the best managers in the league currently and we are constantly wanting something different. We moan about Mcneil and Dibling, yet get on their back from the minute they have miscontrol the ball once. Its no wonder they cant get any confidence and perform badly at home. Lets just support the team and manager we have got and not hinder them
