I get the shouts that he’s been crap because he has, but he was playing well for Villarreal and France U21s which is what got us interested.

What he defo wasn’t doing for either of those teams, though, was playing isolated up top and getting the ball pumped at his bonce.

I take your point but his positional sense at times is non existent and lacks sharpness. It’s like he’s waiting to do something instead of doing it.

I don’t like criticising the lad, it’s frustrating because we seem to be unable to bring in players that make the difference up front , it’s like our scouting department go for players based on what ifs rather than any end product

Great goal to get our noses in front. Need more from Barry & Dibling and Rohl looks a bit lost at times. Full backs sticking at it, Tim and Garner doing their job and Jake and Tarkwoski have been excellent.

There's another goal here for us, but got to take care of the ball better. Mcneil has had a couple of great opportunities and same goes for Barry whose decision making on the 2 count attacks has been dreadful.
