I'm talking a plan as in transfer strategy. Players scouted fully, for positions we need, and gone after.

Based on the quotes - that was my take.

They'll know Johnson inside and out of course and if they were focused on others perhaps for the fee, timing or whatever they're comfortable that hes top notch.
