Why didn’t he just make some good changes and bring on prime KDB, prime R9 and prime Messi?
Oh yeah, because the remaining players he had on the bench where 2 keepers, 2 academy kids, a 19 year old who we were all told when we signed him is a signing for the future, and a rb that isn’t better than our other options at RB.
He subbed off what were probably the 3 players having the poorest games.
The way people talk on here as if he should be making better subs is comical.
It's this kind of argument that does my head in. It's fine to defend Moyes when he's up against the league leaders with a depleted squad, that's a fair enough argument, but the hyperbole employed when addressing other people's arguments with nonsensical statements about the best players in the world and world record spending, implying that either that is what the OP is suggesting is available to Moyes or that only that type of resource is how to get anything out of a match like this, is just asinine. I'm sure these posters cry exaggeration when other posters use extreme examples when making a point they disagree with but are comfortable employing that exact tactic.Moyes’ lack of ambition was underlined by him failing to bring on the 500 billion of talent languishing on the bench!
