Thomas Frank

He rode the Brentford wave, found out now. Needs a back room staff provided by a club… would like do well at Brighton but would struggle most other clubs.
Would stick with Moyes

Yes, in a well run club they've lost Frank but Andrews slots straight in and no difference.

Players are sold and they look doomed but their signings have come in and replaced them seamlessly.

Take Frank out of that environment with a comfort blanket around him and he doesnt look like the same manager.

Moyes is adding staff around himself now and scouting i believe will be the next thing to be changed.

Very different managers.

Frank is struggling because Brentford are a better run club than Spurs. Simple as that imo. Look at how well Keith Andrews is doing there when they were tipped to go down. The plan was in place e.g. Thiago as Toney's successor, etc. Spurs are systematically broken.
I don’t think at Brentford and Brighton the managers are as wholly responsible for the philosophy of play and tactics as at other clubs, because there is a stable and set system top to bottom that they have success, shows what happens when you have your house in order

Exactly, I completely agree. At clubs like Brentford and Brighton, it’s clear that the success comes from having a well-structured, stable system in place, rather than just relying on a single manager’s philosophy. These teams have a clear identity, and the philosophy is embedded throughout the club, from the academy all the way up to the first team. That kind of consistency and alignment across all levels is crucial for long-term success. It really shows the importance of having everything in order behind the scenes, with a unified vision, rather than just one individual driving the ship. It’s the kind of model that more clubs could benefit from.
