Really good effort today from Jake.

Nice composure and touch on the 3rd assist, seen too many chances blown from those touches in those areas, overall standards going up.
Love the way he goes about his play, and uses what he's got, in abundance.
Like Garner as CB.

Noticed any time Jake was caught at the switch, behind play, even though the space was covered they played straight down the wing. Speaks to the absence of his presence.

Absolutely shocking on the ball at full back. Obviously isn't entirely his fault but still so poor.

Any time he’s away from center, the more exposed he is. Can’t wait for a healthy Branthwaite.

The kind of game where not having actual fullbacks kills you. He could have easily cut in on Charly's pass and had direct vision on goal but he took a bad touch and had to keep it outside. At least we learn this lesson in a tough game and not a freebie.

I do wish he would cut in towards goal when in space rather than let his 1st touch take the ball even wider. Still playing it too safe.
