If he started Alcaraz. It was still nil all when Kdh got injured. Gana would have came on. And it would be still in all likelihood be 2 nil Chelsea.
Or did Kdh get injured cos Gana started ?

As a team the defending was terrible. Yeah Palmer drifted from Gana but no way should he have found himself in that much space in our box.

Not sure it’s fair to blame the manager for this; defending was poor for both goals, and at 1-0 down we had four or five opportunities to grab a goal in quick succession and fluffed them all.

They will mate. I wouldn't waste your energy on it.

The only plus side is the performance will really highlight the need for reinforcements in January.

Difficult window and all that...they have already kept banging about it in the last few months. We are so inefficient as a team on the pitch and off the pitch.

Garner tracks both runs if he’s playing as the sole six but because Moyes can’t move away from his bloody double pivot with Gana neither of them tracked Palmer and Gana couldn’t keep up with Gusto.

How many times do we need to be punted 3-0 before he realises it doesn’t work? We’ve won 4 out of 6 playing 433 and our record in playing 4231 is losing two games 3-0 at home and we’re 2 down in this one.

He’s his own worst enemy, utter stupidity. Even despite that Gana has chucked him under the bus again with another horror show. Get off to AFCON and can’t wait for that contract to run down. Utter liability in any big game.

We’re fortunate that brain fart pass by Alcaraz went wide or we’d be staring at 3-0. Either way, time to make some bold substitutions. I don’t expect them. But we can dream.

Those 3 positions cost us time after time. RB, LB and striker such glaring weak points.

But they got two kicks of the ball in the box - back of the net.

If we do the same our end we’re. 4-0 up.

The difference is that quality.

We’re matching them in many areas., but they have better quality in their attacking unit.

If we want CL that’s what we need to target. Thats the difference.
