The most left footed man on the planet cannot play RB. I know the trend is to play left footers on the right wing so they can cut inside but right backs have to be able to at least use their right foot when defending down the line and I'm not sure McNeil even uses his right foot for standing on he's so one footed. If Keane's out I don't see many other options than Patterson as, I agree with you, Garner should play midfield given our lack of options there. Us unsatisfying as that is. We really should have brought in a RB in the summer as this was a completely predictable situation.

It seems mad to me that there's loads of people who can probably only make one or two games a season (either through distance from Liverpool or for financial reasons) that basically have to pay £150 a ticket on Seat Unique or have to buy multiple forever blue plus memberships at £60 a pop to maybe (but maybe not - no guarantees) get some tickets together with their families/friends when there are unsold tickets left less than 24 hours before a game. I know why the club's doing it, they'd rather have empty seats than undercut the more lucrative memberships/supposedly premium seat experiences, I just think it's a shame that people on lower incomes are effectively being locked out of seeing us live now.

We have to keep Jake at CB, ideal world you’d keep the back four the same, but with Tim’s suspension you have to move Jimmy to midfield.

Patto has to come in at RB. He's a RB, underwhelming sure but play players in their correct positions.

Don’t shoehorn Jake back in at RB that would stifle his development; he’s a CB he needs to be playing regularly there now, equally it would have a negative impact on Tarks, who needs some pace next to him - why he is so good with Jarad and jaded with Keane.
