New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Riverside in Middlesbrough, although a little more on the bleak side.

Como is nice as are the two Spain stadia, they both have Mediterranean sunshine on their side though. (The Como surroundings look ancient also).
We might be quite lucky with the Liverpool waters development to come that over time we'll get striking and similarly large developments around BMD.
I can't think of a waterside development that's been fortunate enough to be as close to a blank slate development as ours. That we've the clock and the wall and the old bonded warehouse so close means a touchstone to the history of the city and it's maritime past is maintained.

The statues, and remembrance areas, museum, and galleries will all come. And we'll be at the heart of the new cultural hub that will lead the city for the next century.

Well. Who knew?

In what could be the decisive blow in the fight against 'health & safety', the Mapei Stadium has a moat inside the ground to prevent pitch invasion.

You want a solution? As much danger as you like? Ask the boyo's from Italy that have machine gun nests in their stands.
I dozed off in the white seating at the top of the photo when we played Atalanta there. It was a warm night.
