Fabulous result, credit to the whole lot of them.

I’m a little concerned at how easily Garner was run round at right back and his defensive positioning was poor at times, but so much better going forward than what we have had.

He got better as NDiaye started to help him out, but better teams will exploit Garner’s defensive inabilities.

Should we go 3 at the back for Forest, knowing Dyche they won’t be that much attack minded.

Semenyo and truffert are one of the best pairings in the league

He had a few shaky moments because of their quality but he did great, they barely had a sniff second half

Happy to see Jake playing comfortably in his preferred position. Just the JOB.

JB and JOB could be a match made Heaven
We won't know till they play together, but two rapid 6'5" beasts (ignoring the fullbacks a second) could be magnificent.

That second half performance was great, still annoyed that we did waste a lot of good build up play. Poor Barry needs anything to go in, he was impressive in everything you want from a striker bar the bit your really want them to do!

….i can imagine that even that group of posters who malign Moyes and mock McNeil because they’re desperate for Dibling, love the morning and days after a victory.

It just makes a difference.

I think a big hit on McNeil from a portion of fans, including me.
Was that stinking attitude we saw.
That seems like it's eased off now.

Attitude is a pretty big thing, especially with our fanbase.

….form has been very poor but never questioned his attitude, not even in that U21 game in which he played. Indeed, a number of posters suggested ‘he was trying too hard’.

We all see games differently I suppose but I’m sure we’re all happy to at least see some of his form return.

Motm, the fans for me again, incredible and thanks to all who were there👏👏👏👍💙
Harrison DM told him he had just had the worst game ever for the club & he scored a deflected goal - My son & I were shouting get him off lets see Dibbers & when he got the ball - My son shouted watch him score here - bang a deflected goal { they all count } we burst out with joy ....

One thing i'm sure of, we won't be afraid of your deluded neighbours. I'd be happy with a draw but there's no reason we can't go there and take the 3 points. Hell we should just go out thrash them and send Everton above them 😂
Take a beach ball with you, mate…

My son was talking about Sunderland this morning apparently they were given a 52 points start in the handicap league and he thought he was unfortunate when he drew that short straw but had a decent bet that they would win that handicap league and the way they are playing the favourite teams might have to reach over 90 points to beat Sunderland’s total.
Reminds me of a mate of mine who backed Sunderland to win the FA cup when they beat Leeds at the start of that competition we all enjoyed a good drink off him when he picked up his winnings off that 50/1 bet!

Disagree, think it’s really strong and athletic which is why there’s a lot of swing in resultss
It’s always been strong and athletic, but you used to get the consistent, decent footballing teams nailing down the higher positions, with maybe one or two outliers crashing the party. Swing results always happened to.

I think the standard of footy is very poor in the best league in the werld, from most of the teams in the league, aside from maybe Arsenal.

Thats why I say if we can get some consistency with our football, and the players want it enough, Europe is there for us.

I agree about the standard Nath, even Arsenal aren't really flowing and are winning with resilience and set piece expertise. Even the traditional top European and International sides are a bit meh nowadays with weaknesses in their make up. Add that to the lack of a truly outstanding talent (Yamal is great but still has a way to go to be considered Messi level) and football now has lost a lot of its Wow factor from days gone by

Yes mate, very meh all around tbh.

It also definitely feels like the players are over coached now, especially with the flair and special players.

Yamal has got a long way to go.

Football was just better when Ronaldinho, Riquelme, Okocha, zidane, zola, inesta and R9 were knocking it about.

Today’s football is just bland and beige.
