Of course and I hope we do get a result mate. Im guessing obviously but I get a sense some are just desperate for some genuine positivity and the team raises our hopes then lets them down soon after. That’s bound to get people fed up eventually and they lash out.

Personally I was raging about last night because you get sick of the same crap on repeat. They really surprised me on Monday after going down to ten and I was made up, yesterday was a chance to build on that and once again we blew it.

I hear ya, but it wasn't that long ago people were seething because Moyes shrugged off crashing out of perhaps the only competition we've got an outside chance of winning but all was long forgiven when we beat United for the first time since the invention of Ceefax. Tis the fickle nature of football, especially when there's a week between games. Some people were raging, for me twas a nothing comment I quickly forgot all about. He'll either be back in favour a few days for beating our boogey team or wont be. C'est la vie.

It is fickle. Personally I didn’t like his attitude when we got knocked out of the cup, was dismissive to say the least.

I didn’t want him back here tbh but it’s in all our interests he does well.

Saying Newcastle are a better team than us seems to be what's winding people up, but I agree with him, and look forward to the day they aren't.

It seems to me that people are more accepting of losing to Newcastle than they are of the manager being accepting of losing to Newcastle. It hardly means he won't work on what went wrong

He did say we need to add to our points at Bournemouth, but included them in the run of 3 tough games, rightly so. They've conceded only 4 goals at home this season but 2 of them were in the last game and they are looking leaky. It will be tough though

Mid table or not, we’re miles bigger than palace, Brighton, Bournemouth and Brentford and always will be , so it’s not some toss of a coin decision like you seem to think, You’re talking like we’re Sheffield Wednesday or Huddersfield that were big 50yrs and are now championship level

I didn't like his attitude before we were knocked out of the cup when he 'rested' key players as if we're competing in Europe too.

Pre-match attitude matters way more to me
