New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I'm seriously considering not renewing. My father is old now, I have my own life-limiting health issues, have to pay £20 to park 15 minutes away, the traffic when trying to get away is horrendous.
We also must be the biggest team to have not won anything in a significant body of fan's lifetimes, we're a non-London Fulham- a "northern" football experience, and it's dull, and getting more and more sanitised, aimed at day trippers. May as well save my money, and going the match becomes a special, occasional experience, get a taxi, have a drink- the majority of the two decades of holding a season ticket, I've endured not enjoyed.

*sorry for the rant, fellow blues*
I'm in a similar position, had my own health issues the last 12 months, lost my dad in May,moved back in to look after and care for my 84 year old mum who is getting extremely frail and dependent on me,I've got my season tickets but I've only been myself three times this season,it's a lovely stadium but the transport issues don't help things in my situation having to leave earlier to find parking although fortunately I have a blue badge, and then trying to get away at the end,and when I'm there I'm worried about my mum in the house on her own😒at this moment in time it's more of an added hassle in life where it always used to be a pleasure even when we've been blooming awful, will be a hell of a wrench for me but I think I may have to give it up after 54 years of match going😔

Christ, people complaining about our fantastic stadium! I mean it was ok to point out teething issues, and perhaps still so, but there were only 2 choices facing the club - stay at Goodison, or go to where we are now at. Do some people really believe that staying at Goodison was the preferred option?

Think everyone knows the club needed to move in order to have any chance of competing in the modern game. People can still feel like we've lost something or miss the routines of Goodison. Pretty normal human reaction.

I don't honestly think there are that many criticising the stadium as such (apart from its geographical location) but more the sea of change that has come with it.
Just one daft thing i've noticed.
The club shop. Used to like nipping in to the Goodison store, always seemed to snag a little bargain, whether it be an end of line polo shirt or some tracky bottoms etc.
Maybe just touched lucky at the times i went.
Been in the new store 3 times now and left empty handed. No deals, no bargains just full up prices on everything and bulked out with tat.
Not been since late September so it may have changed.
A mate took his little lad to his first game ever yesterday....little fella sporting his 100 quid near as damn it replica shirt.
300 quid he paid for tickets for them both not forgetting the blue donuts and travel costs plus FB membership.
I'm not skint thankfully but baulk at these prices.
Yet people get pelters for calling it out
and told it's good business by the club.
Many folk are simply priced out of the
"Peoples club" now...whether you believe it or not sadly😒

People aren't reacting well to the change in stadium. I understand why they're frustrated but to me, just adapt and find a new routine, even if it's an extra 20 minutes or so.
