I say that because Moyes is generally good at home and at anyone away, bar Arsenal, Chelsea, City, RS, Utd and even Spurs.

We need a period of stability, a manager who can get us fighting for the top 8, so we can build and improve the playing squad. We try and change now and get it wrong, we could be back to where we were. The players we have aren't that good at the moment. So despite the age old problem Moyes has, I'd rather 3 years of this than a relegation battle.

Nah, I'd accept another six months of this and that's it. We're stable then. If not, Moyes should be sacked anyway. Keeping him beyond this season is time wasting.

Bit harsh with the second rate comment. I agree we need to roll the dice for a younger more dynamic manager but Moyes has done well by and large since his return

Why? Do you like the idea of a complete unknown in our first season at BMD? Because I definitely don't.

No I mean at the end of this season. Eder Sarabia is someone who I've read up on who could be a next level coach but obviously it's a risk but without risk you rarely get reward

Depends really on the tools the manager has had. I'd describe Moyes as a capable manager who lacks the star quality to be a top tier manager but I'd never describe him as second rate as that suggests he's incompetent
