Since coming to the premier league, Notts Forest have spent over 100 million plus on players every single season. Since Notts Forest came to the premier league, Everton have spent 100 million in the transfer window either once or not at all depending on whom your source is. When Everton have amassed a squad that cost over 400 million quid then I will be expecting results like they have got today. Until then, we are lower mid table.

First time he's at a club with a fair few talented footballers. Burnley he couldn't spend a bean, same here with 19th squad in term of club player valuation.

Hope he gets next season so we can see what he can do. Always been intrigued to see if he could get results when pragmatism isn't dictated.

Reckon they lash him in the summer though for Silva.
Nah it’ll be frugal as always.

He’s not pragmatic also

Dyches big spending Forest snotting skint penny pinching Liverpool.

Not a bad manager that dyche...on a serious note, he has done alright for us considering the finance and the points penalty. Lost his way towards the end, probably got fed up of having f* all to spend. Pool only seems to turn up against us or united, against the rest they are just so easy to play against.

He will leave with a no relegation bonus, a pay off and his rep boosted. Very very decent gig this for the boy Dyche, fair play to him

Ha Ha Ha Ha.

The Dyche haters chewing their elbows off trying to deny the man his due.

How pathetic you are.

Dyche went to Anfield and bossed Liverpool; Moyes went there and lay down to die.

Said it just the other day.

We sold ourselves short at Mordor.

The rot had already sat in and if we had gone at them from the start, instead of waiting until we were two down, we would have at least drawn that game.

Second half they down;t want to know. They were dead on their feet and blowing for tugs.

Moyes didn't see it and we lost.

He's a cowardly and 💩 manager and Dyche has just proven it.

Interesting that MGW just referenced Dyches impact there - running, running and more running to get them fitter. The players have clearly bought into it. Carragher was talking mid week about Liverpool not being able to compete physically at the moment in the premier league and then a fit forest turn up ready to run through brick walls. Football basics.

Fantastic result for Sean.

Well done.

All Everton supporters without exception should thank him for saving us from the Premier League when they handed him a task seemingly impossible for that Everton team he inherited to deal with.

We're in a new stadium playing PL football because of him.

i agree with the circumstances

but it went west

we was always to big for him
