I love (read: hate) when people complain about player's ages. Enough looking to the future. If Dempsey or Donovan or anyone has 2 good-great years left, I'd rather have them now than wait to see if (MASSIVE IF) Barkley, or someone else that's a youngin' ever reaches his potential.

pienaar is a must and dempsey would be nice but only at the right price maybe 2-3 million tops as he is getting on a bit. i dont think donovan was at his best when with us this season and dont particurly think we should be wasting say £5 mill on a player his age. we should be looking to bring in younger talent that we can adjust to our team a nd our style.
