Leans far too heavily on his 'big' players (i.e Ndiaye & Grealish) to get any sort of momentum going.

Sticks to the same rigid formation & tactics with certain players out of position/form week after week after week as if it wasn't sussed out donkeys ago.

Genuine question here - what is he actually playing at?!

We took the piss out of them for a while there.. but West Ham fans had a genuinely valid point about him. Watching his teams is zero fun..

Not sure how much you can blame a manager for when players are missing tap ins and 2 vs 1s.

At a certain point you have to see a system works if it’s creating chances, the players not converting are the problem. We win that easily 3-1 or 2-1 with PL standard players, manager’s plan worked.
