So, what reception will JP get?

Hopefully a decent one - I reckon is heart is still a makem and taken!

The horse punchers can't stand him and give him pelters when we play them.

Pickford is loved mate, he always will be, you'll see he'll be applauded and "he's one of our own" will be sang.Pickford was always destined to move on nobody here begrudges him for that.

It’s genuinely not as bad as people are making it out to be

People are annoyed we fielded a weak team in the league cup and got battered by wolves

We lost to Liverpool and Man City away recently which are always tough games

We had our first defeat at home to the champions of the europa league

West Ham was probably the most dissapointing result tbh but we still got a point against them and for whatever reason they treated the game like an fa cup final

A lot of the current frustration is because we haven’t got a decent striker to put away the chances that are being created.

Compared to previous seasons under dyche this is a really good start for us
Aye mate, we know you have had a better season so far compared to previous so just wondered. I've seen quite a few of your games when we aren't playing and you look decent enough but definitely not much cutting edge in the final third. Grealish looks like he has settled in well though, so hopefully you push on soon, not on Monday though 😂.

This week on Sutton's predictions he is against Football Manager and they have predicted a 4-0 win for Everton, they even predict the scorers and it gets better as Dibling scores the first and then Barry scores two.

I know that the brothers behind the game are big Evertonians but that is ridiculous as Dibling and Barry won't play more than 15 minutes.

They will give us the ball like Leeds and look to sucker.

Id actually sit back and ask them to break us down, then try and exploit the space in behind.

Need to be switched on 90 mins - they score a lot of late goals and their manager bring on players purposely to be "finishing players".
From memory Leeds gave us the ball and we just gave it straight back

Another loss incoming I fear.
Moyes first full season seems to be replicating FSW tenure here. A promising start slowly spiralling into a winter of misery.

There's no comparison between that dreadful man & Moyes.

Can’t believe that comparison was even made.

Be a tasty end to the game tho.

As good a reception as any returning player can get really. He's absolutely loved by us and presume he'll be back one day.

Anyone who pisses off the horse punchers so much should always get a round of applause.
Up there as one of the most irritating fanbases around. Liverpool fans are irritating. But newcastle fans are irritating coupled with delusions of grandeur. Fkrs think they're Barcelona the way they go on.
Cant stand them.

Surprisingly I have seen no real calls for a 0-0 draw. Given that we can't score and generally defend well I think if Moyes drops Garner to RB then they will have trouble getting past a back four of Garner - Tarkowski - O'Brien - Mykolenko. Assunming of course we dont have another lapse of concentration like the 2 Spurs corners. Plus Pickford will want to put on a solid show going home.

I fancy us, tbh.

I'd watch out for that Ballard lad at CB though. He's capable of doing what that Dutch biff did against us from set pieces last week.

1-2 us.
